High Roding Practice Directions and Map
The Practice is located on the B184 Dunmow Road and is situated opposite the Black Lion Pub in High Roding. Parking is available in The Black Lion Pub Car Park.
The treatment room is located at the back of Crystal Cottage and can be accessed via a side gate. Please walk under the Link (between Crystal Cottage and Cherrytree Cottage), down the drive and the gate is situated on the right side by the garage.

From Ongar
Straight across the Four Wantz roundabout towards Great Dunmow B184. Continue along this road through Fyfield and Abbess Roding until you reach a T junction. Turn Right signposted Chelmsford. At the mini rounabout turn Left towards High Roding. You will pass through Leaden Roding and Aythorpe Roding and then come into High Roding. The Black Lion Pub car park is on the left as you enter the village, Crystal Cottage is opposite the pub.
From M11 Harlow
Travel on the M11 towards Cambridge. Exit the M11 at the A120 to Stansted. Continue on the A120 past the Stansted turn off, Do not take the first exit signposted Great Dunmow, instead exit the A120 at the second Dunmow exit signposted B184. At the roundabout take the first exit, and then take the first turning on the left signposted The Rodings B184 (Ongar Road). Continue along this road until you enter the village of High Roding. The Black Lion Pub is at the end of the village, turn right into the pub car park, Crystal Cottage is on the left, opposite the pub.

station, so easy access from Theydon
Bois and Loughton or a short drive from
Chigwell and Ongar. We have off-street parking as well
as full disabled access.
