The 2Evolve Practice was founded in 2001, The Freedom Centre in 2015 and 2Evolve Holistic Health in 2022. Specialising in complex conditions of the mind and body, 2Evolve embodies an advanced synergistic approach, drawing on vast experience with a myriad of therapies to bring a state of balance back to each patient.
2Evolve Holistic Health is positioned in a quiet location next to Forest and fields yet is also just off the A414, five minutes from the M11 Harlow, within easy access of Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford, Hatfield Heath, Loughton, North Weald, Brentwood, Ongar, Waltham Abbey, Stansted and Central London. The centre is focussed on Health Freedom and offers a natural integrative medicine approach to empower each individual to live the life they deserve.
Exclusive state-of-the-art equipment such as a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT), Far Infra-Red Sauna, Low Level Light Therapy, Lucia No3 Hypnogogic light experience, and Bioresonance Screening. Specialist treatments including: Holistic Physiotherapy, Sports Injuries, Orthotic Prescriptions, Reiki Healing, Reflexology for fertility, pregnancy and birth, Hypnotherapy and NLP, Homeopathy, Past Life Regression, Flower Essences, Geopathic Stress Clearance, Remedial Body Massage, Sports Thai Massage, Ear Acupuncture, Kinesiology, Crystal Healing, Life Coaching, Allergy Testing and Myofascial Release are all available. Bronze members can attend Individual pay as you go treatments and Silver/Gold members can access the discounted courses for treatments and equipment and your improvement can be measured via the Nerve Express, an advanced diagnostic assessment tool which shows your level of physical fitness and emotional state and how this changes over time. You can also use Heart Math to help you to meditate and change your emotional state.
Usui Ryoho Reiki Healing courses run throughout the year for levels 1 beginner, level 2 practitioner, level 3 master practitioner and Level 4 Master teacher and regular Reiki shares are held at the centre.
Special events take place at the centre throughout the year including spiritual and personal development workshops. In support of Health Freedom, regular education workshops are delivered to empower YOU with knowledge to heal yourself naturally and from the inside out.
The Centre stocks only pure organic, paraben free face and body products which include Green People products and the centre sells many wellbeing products including crystals, salt lamps, EMF protection products, Aurora Light Masks, Naked Mud, Face Mud, Cellogie, Norstar magnetic products and orthopaedic goods including pillows and lumbar supports. Only environmentally friendly cleaning products are used at the centre.
